  1. Get 500 gm of Chicken liver.
  2. Use 1-2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  3. Take 3 tablaspoon of Onion paste.
  4. Take 1 of green chilli.
  5. Take 1 tablespoon of Pepper powder.
  6. Provide 1-2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  7. Provide 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  8. Take 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  9. Get 1 tsp of gram masala.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.
  11. Take 5-6 of Curry leaves.
  12. Prepare to taste of Salt.

Steps to make Chicken liver roast:

  1. Clean the chicken liver throughly.
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder mix very well and keep it aside for marinate half an hr.
  3. Heat oil in pan spullter the mustard add curry leaves,just saute it.
  4. Add chicken liver and mix gently.
  5. Close the lids for 5mins..
  6. After 5mins open the lids again mixed well add salt to taste and add pepper powder and mixed together.
  7. Chicken liver roast is ready to serve.
  8. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala again saute well.
  9. Add ginger garlic paste and Onion paste and saute well, add crushed green chilli again mixed well.

Wrap one half of bacon around each liver, place on prepared pan. Lightly dust with garlic powder and black pepper. You do not need much salt for this dish! DRY fry them, NO OIL, in a frying pan, for three or four minutes until cooked through. Whilst still on the cooker add the oil, lemon juice and salt to taste.
